Chef Sam grew up in NYC and attended culinary school in NYC. He has worked in many prestigious restaurants throughout New York City as well as Orlando. Before starting this company, he worked for a private catering company that catered two different sports managers, NFL and NBA players.
🎬 Exclusive Affairs has been featured on VH1 working as a private chef for Black Ink Crew and has also done private catering for many celebrities as well as people in the sports industry.
Megan works as the event planning specialist, ensuring that all events are perfect and exceed expectations. Megan is also in charge of customer service and all billing matters.

Chef Sam grew up in the vibrant culinary scene of New York City, where his love for cooking was sparked by his grandmother. From an early age, he spent countless hours in the kitchen, learning family recipes and discovering the joy of cooking for others. This deep-rooted passion led him to pursue a formal culinary education at a prestigious culinary school in NYC. After culinary school, Chef Sam honed his craft in some of the most prestigious restaurants in New York City and Orlando. His talents have been showcased on VH1's Black Ink Crew, where he worked as a private chef.
Megan
Event Planning Specialist & Co-Founder
Megan ensures every event exceeds expectations. With extensive experience in customer service, hospitality, and sales, she is the go-to person for event planning, customer relations, and billing. Megan's dedication to excellence was cultivated at a young age, working at her grandfather's golf resort. Her hands-on experience taught her the importance of hard work and providing outstanding service—values that continue to shape her approach today. She credits her grandfather for instilling in her a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality.
